Contact
The majority of customers I come in contact with have never purchased flooring before. A few facts about the space will help me make the first conversation useful and decide whether a site visit, showroom appointment, sample review, or another next step makes sense.
Information is power.
The more information you provide to David, the better he will be able to guide you in your flooring purchase.
Your details did not send. Call 704-614-1200 or email david@carolinasflooring.com, or try again.
Thank you. David will review your flooring request and contact you using the method you selected. A site visit is normally required before a final written installation quote.
What to expect
- Start by phone or online. Share the project location, rooms, existing flooring, category interests, timing, and any practical concern.
- Review the space. Discuss traffic, occupants, pets, sunlight, sound, moisture history, cleaning, furniture, transitions, and budget considerations.
- Compare samples in context. View likely options under the room’s real light and near the surfaces they must coordinate with.
- Installation projects will require measurements and a site inspection before a final written quote.
Questions
Do you have a showroom?
Showroom meetings by appointment.
How do your prices compare to larger companies?
Pricing and quotes come from me, the owner, in writing.
How much does it cost?
It depends on a few factors: product selected, square footage to cover, sub-floor issues, appliances to be moved, commodes and/or vanities to be moved and re-set.
Who will I deal with, from the first call through the installation?
One call reaches me, the owner, from the first conversation to the final inspection. Installation work is performed by subcontractor crews I have vetted and used for years.
Can samples be brought to my home?
Yes. Shop-at-home product review is one of the services I offer.
How can I pay?
Cash, check or Zelle.
I don't know what type of flooring I want. Can you help?
Yes. Start with the room, existing flooring, use, priorities, location, timing, and budget considerations. Product comparison follows the needs analysis.
Will you bring every available sample?
No. I start from what you tell me about the project. Manufacturer lines and styles change, and no vehicle-based selection can represent every product.
Can I receive a final quote during the sample visit?
Only if the product and entire scope are sufficiently defined. Most installation projects need complete measurements and site review before the final written quote.
Can I meet at a showroom instead?
Yes, by appointment. I confirm the location and time with you.
Prefer to talk first?
Call 704-614-1200 or tell me about the project online. A few details about the space, existing floor, location, and timing will make our first conversation more useful.
