Installation only
Carolinas Flooring will install some products. There are some products on the market that are not manufactured to exact specifications, and therefore Carolinas Flooring will choose not to install those, as our goal is to have each customer extremely satisfied. If we do not think the product is quality, we will not install it.
Who this is for
Installation-only work may be considered, but the product, quantity, condition, instructions, warranty, site, and scope must be reviewed first.

- Ordering and scheduling of work
- Installation and final inspection to ensure customer satisfaction
Warranty
Product warranties come from the manufacturer. Normal wear and tear, and products subjected to abnormal use, are not covered.
Flooring repair
A visible flooring problem may come from the material, installation, subfloor, moisture, movement, impact, wear, or another condition. The right first step is to identify what is installed, what changed, how large the affected area is, and whether matching material remains available.
Share the existing material and age, if known, affected area, and damage. Matching material and repair feasibility depends on what is installed and whether the product is still available.
Questions
Are your workers employees?
Installation is done by subcontractor crews I have vetted and worked with for years. I stop by, unannounced, while they work.
Will you install flooring I bought somewhere else?
Installation-only work may be considered, but the product, quantity, condition, instructions, warranty, site, and scope must be reviewed first.
Can one damaged plank or tile be replaced?
Sometimes. The answer depends on the material, installation method, location, access, matching product, surrounding floor, and cause of damage.
Can you match an older floor exactly?
I cannot promise an exact match. Product availability, dye lot variation, aging, light exposure, wear, finish, and care history affect appearance.
Should a leak be repaired first?
Yes. An active leak or moisture source should be identified and corrected by the appropriate qualified professional before cosmetic flooring work. Flooring replacement alone does not solve the cause.
