Room use and traffic
A quiet bedroom and a busy hallway or staircase do not ask the same thing from carpet. Identify where people enter, turn, gather, eat, work, or play.
Cushion
The cushion is part of the installed system. It affects feel and can affect performance and warranty compliance. Carolinas Flooring's standard pad is eight-pound rebond with a moisture barrier.
Color and appearance
View samples in the actual room and lighting when possible. Small samples cannot perfectly predict how a full floor will look across different light and pile direction.
Care and warranty
Review cleaning requirements, stain and soil language, exclusions, and documentation before purchase. Keep the product name, color, lot information, invoice, warranty, and care instructions.

Is thicker carpet better?
When it comes to carpet, thicker is not always better, and polyester carpet is not necessarily a poor choice any longer.

Product-only orders are an intended option, subject to product availability, accurate quantity, ordering terms, pickup or delivery arrangements, and responsibility for installation measurements and warranty requirements.
