Questions
Are your workers employees?
Installation is done by subcontractor crews I have vetted and worked with for years. I stop by, unannounced, while they work.
What about the deposit?
Before I order anything, the scope, the selected materials, the price, your responsibilities, a signed agreement and the deposit are settled.
How long does it take?
A solid estimate as to time required is only possible after product selected and site is inspected.
Will my floor look perfect?
The goal is careful, professional work within the agreed scope. The finished result also depends on the existing structure, subfloor, product variation, lighting, room geometry, concealed conditions, and manufacturer tolerances.
How long is the labor warranty?
Product warranties come from the manufacturer. Normal wear and tear, and products subjected to abnormal use, are not covered.
What if there is a problem after installation?
Contact me with the agreement, product, completion date, photographs, and a description of the issue. I will explain whether the next step is an inspection, workmanship review, manufacturer claim, maintenance guidance, or another path under the written terms.
